“While working with Jennifer virtually it felt as if she was right in the room with me. She helped to turn a crowded underutilized storage space into a home office/reading room which is now our favorite room in the house. After describing our vision during a video tour she quickly provided detailed blueprints of everything from structural options to furniture size suggestions. She was warm, enthusiastic, and as excited about the potential as we were. Working at a hospital and raising four children aged 8 and under, I was grateful for the time she spent shopping for a chair that perfectly fit the time period and color scheme we were after. She never imposed her personal taste, but would gently assist us with feedback such as, “that chair might feel overwhelming with the room dimensions”.
